The Independent Seminar on the Open Society (ISOS) is a free one-day seminar for sixth-formers, held in London twice a year. This October the conference will focus on free market economics, with a focus on the following:

Do markets make us moral?
What happens in a recession?
Causes of the next financial crisis
The Fat Tax Debate: Should fatty foods and soda drinks be taxed to tackle obesity?
Students are welcome to attend independently, or with teachers. Refreshments will be provided.
