Dr Eamonn Butler talks on Radio 4's You and Yours about the need to simplify the tax code and create a flat tax in order to minimise tax avoidance and create a fairer tax system. He argues against Richard Murphy, saying that we do not need to create an anti-avoidance rule and defends the importance of tax havens.
