			<description>RTE, in the business section of its radio news, frequently reports on the downturn in the building sector of the Irish economy. They present a picture where, instead of selling each other insurance, people have been selling each other houses instead. They expect the bursting bubble to result in a 30% drop in house prices - a similar magnitude to that quoted in a recent IMF report on Eire. - Steve Giess</description>
