πΊ Join us for another Next Generation drinks on Tuesday, 5th May! π
βThis month, weβre thrilled to welcome Kitty Thompson, Head of Campaigns at the Conservative Environment Network (CEN). Kittyβs a powerhouse in the green space, heading up CENβs nature programme, with its work covering water quality and security, agriculture, habitats and land use change, resource efficiency and security, and ocean conservation. And, when sheβs not leading national campaigns, sheβs diving into an MSc in Behavioural Science at the LSE.
We often hear that capitalism is destroying the natural world. Kitty is here to flip that script. Sheβll be challenging the idea that freedom and conservation are at odds, showing instead how market-led outcomes can protect our planet while helping humanity thrive.

βββββββA bit more about these meetings:
βββββββββββββββββββββAt TNGs, we throw our doors open to Westminsterβs finest to enjoy a political discussion over a few glasses of (free) wine. Open to parliamentary staffers, journos, SpAds, consultants, students and even the odd civil servant, TNGs are a place to network, chat, relax and always feature great remarks from our guest speaker. Whatever your politics, we just like interesting ideas and we hope you do too. Itβs for under-35s, itβs informal and we normally end up at the Marquis of Granby. βββIf we reach capacity with RSVPs, we will add you to our waiting list and let you know if a place becomes available.
βββββββββββββββββββββPlease note this event is exclusively for under-35s.
