Mitchell Palmer, Senior Fellow

Mitchell Palmer is Chief Economic Advisor to Reform UK’s Treasury spokesman.

He was previously Economist at the Adam Smith Institute, where he wrote papers on barriers to economic growth, tax reform, defence manufacturing, and the long-term sustainability of Britain’s public finances.

Before that, he worked as a Ministerial Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of New Zealand, in a multinational economic consulting firm, and at an American–Singaporean think tank.

He studied at Yale-NUS College in Singapore and Oxford University, where he received a first-class degree in History and Economics.
